Unusual cut, the skin in between the blue lines feels like scrotal skin (very taut and shrivels), red line is rigid scarred skin when the surgeon cut down too far

Using aquarium air pump and some aquarium stuff to do direct air, feels good

Possible to restore? When I tug I get a lot of pressure at the dorsal vein, specifically when rolled over that almost feels like pain. Might just not be used to it, wondering if anyone has the same issues?
