Had a busy but active summer! I relaxed my 16:8 routine and stopped lifting weights. Resumed both Sept 14 and added in some spinning and a few runs. The left is Sept 13 and the right was 2 weeks later on the 27th. Tell me again that this doesn’t work! ?
