AV2HDMI Issues - When trying to use this converter to play my Xbox, the screen will have input for about 15 seconds before losing connection. Any help?

AV2HDMI Converter Issues. When using this converter for my Xbox, the screen will receive input, for both 720 and 1080, but after about 15 seconds, the screen will lose input. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
